Privacy Policy

Saral Menu ("we", "us") is operated by Tuki Soft Pvt. Ltd., Sundar Marga 9, Pokhara, Nepal. This policy explains what information we handle when restaurants use Saral Menu and when their guests scan a QR code and order.

1. Information we collect

• Restaurant accounts: name, email, phone, restaurant name and address, menu content, photos, tables and staff details you enter.
• Guest orders: the items ordered, table number, order notes, order status and reviews or ratings a guest chooses to submit. We do not ask guests to create an account.
• Device data: a random device identifier stored in the browser so a table session stays linked to the same device, plus basic technical logs (IP address, browser type).
• Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.
• AI features: questions typed or spoken into the AI assistant and the answers returned.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: show menus, deliver orders to the kitchen, notify staff, and produce sales reports for the restaurant.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• To improve AI answers and product quality.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Order and review data is visible to the restaurant you ordered from. We use service providers to host the platform and to process AI requests (for example AI model providers). Text sent to AI features may be processed by those providers. We may disclose information when required by Nepali law.

4. Retention and security

We keep restaurant data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

5. Your choices

Restaurants can edit or delete their menu and data from the admin panel. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email tukisoftware@gmail.com.

6. Children

Saral Menu is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
