Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Saral Menu, provided by Tuki Soft Pvt. Ltd., Pokhara, Nepal. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Saral Menu provides a digital QR menu, table ordering, kitchen order tools and related features for restaurants. Features depend on your plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for activity by your staff accounts. You must have the right to use the menu content, names and images you upload.

3. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (NPR) on our pricing section and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Paid plans are billed for the period selected. Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If a plan expires, we may limit or suspend access after any grace period. Your data is not deleted immediately.

4. Billing and tax responsibility

Saral Menu is an ordering and order-management tool. It is not an IRD-certified billing or VAT invoicing system. You remain responsible for issuing legally required bills and for your own tax and licensing compliance.

5. Payments between guests and restaurants

Payments for food are handled between the guest and the restaurant. Saral Menu does not process, hold or guarantee those payments and is not responsible for disputes about orders, pricing, quality or refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, to attempt to break or overload it, to scrape it at scale, or to resell it without our written agreement.

7. AI features

AI answers, translations and generated content may be inaccurate. Review them, especially allergen, ingredient and pricing information, before relying on them.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend keeping a backup way to take orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kaski District, Pokhara.
